National Hamburger Month Recipe

The weather is warming up, which means grilling season is upon us! ☀️ It's time to fire up that grill and set your mouth for all your favorite recipes of the season. In honor National Hamburger Month, our chefs cooked up a delicious Pimento Burger recipe that is bursting with flavor and perfect for an afternoon BBQ or light supper on the patio. PIMENTO CHEESE BURGER
Yields 4 burgers

24 oz Ground Beeef, 80/20
¼ Stick of Butter, unsalted
2 Onions, minced
Salt to taste
1 Cup Pimento Cheese
10 slices of Bacon, cooked
Dill Pickles
Lettuce
Tomato Slices
Brioche Buns, toasted
Yellow Mustard

Using a cast iron pan or a flat top grill, heat to 350 degrees.
Form 4 each 6 oz burger balls, do not over work.
Divide the butter into 4 equal portions.
Place one of the butter portions on the pre-heated cooking surface, place half ounce of
the minced onions on top of the melted butter, season onions with salt.
Place one of the burger balls on the onions, using a burger smasher, smash the ball into roughly a 1/4" patty. Repeat with the remaining 3 burger balls. Season with salt.
While burgers are cooking, toast your brioche buns.
On the base burger bun, squirt enough yellow mustard to cover the bun.
Flip burgers, cook to desired tempature.
On the crown (top) burger bun, place your lettuce, tomato slice and pickle slices.
Remove burgers from cast iron or flat top grill and place on a sheet pan.
Top burgers with equal portions with your favorite pimento cheese and 3 half bacon slices
Place on pimento buger on base bun.
Top burger with top bun and enjoy grilling season! 🍔
