Standard Meat Co-Presidents Ashli Rosenthal Blumenfeld and Ben Rosenthal are honored to announce that they have been asked to join the Society of Fellows at the renowned Culinary Institute of America.

Since its founding in 1946, the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) has set the standard for excellence in professional culinary education. With campuses in New York, California, Texas and Singapore, the CIA provides a wide range of degree programs and certificates as well as specialized courses for industry professionals and enthusiasts. Drawing students from around the globe and teachers and mentors from the finest kitchens in the world, the CIA is often at the center of important conversations on world cuisine, health and wellness, sustainability and eco-friendly solutions. On a personal level, many of Ben and Ashli’s favorite industry colleagues are graduates of this prestigious institution.

Members of the invitation-only Society of Fellows of The Culinary Institute of America serve as dedicated ambassadors and champions of the college, and also as mentors — sharing their wealth of real-world knowledge with the students. Resources provided by the Fellows help fund scholarships, strengthen academic programs and provide for state-of-the-art facilities and technology on CIA campuses.

According to CIA President, Dr. Tim Ryan, “The generous philanthropic support provided by the Society of Fellows is complemented by their valued expertise, experience, and confirmation of commitment to our mission of providing the world’s best culinary education.”

Ben and Ashli are thrilled to have been asked to join this select group, and look forward to bringing their unique contributions to the current and future success of the CIA.
