Standard Meat DEI council announced
2020 brought a number of challenges, but it also brought opportunity and clarity. One such opportunity was taking a look at our diversity and inclusion practices as a company and as leaders. With the help of our new diversity and inclusion council, we have a path forward to grow and improve. Please meet our council! Clockwise from top left: Arnida Harwell, Cris Vital, Eric Hamilton, Htun Htun, Lytichia O’Neal, Luis Amador, Li Columban, and Joseph McCall.
We believe that a company that is diverse and inclusive is a strong company. And our actions at work affect our entire community.
As leaders, we are bringing diversity, equity, and inclusion to the forefront of our decisions, our hiring, our retention and advancement practices, and in our personal lives.
We know that there’s no magic wand to wave. True diversity and meaningful inclusion take thoughtful, consistent effort.
At Standard Meat, we want to set the standards for excellence in every way, and that includes how everyone feels about where and how they fit in. We are committed to creating a work environment that ensures equal access to opportunity, growth, and advancement.
